Arrabida Nature Park, Setubal, Portugal

Brent takes a day and visits the beautiful Arrabida Nature Park. He dangles from a cliff (not really), explores a centuries old convent, finds a shrine in a cave, visits an abandoned military battery, and has lunch on the water.
